320 health appointments scrapped, RTO to follow

The government has scrapped all 320 recruitments in the Directorate of Health Services, based on the irregularities cited by the Anti Corruption Bureau.
Chief minister Manohar Parrikar said the ACB in its report has established a fact that the appointments were made in violation of the recruitment rules.
Former health minister Vishwajeet Rane, during the erstwhile Congress regime, had made these appointments, clashing with the Assembly election.
After coming to power, the BJP government had kept all the appointments on hold while ordering an inquiry into it by the ACB.
The ACB, led by SP Bosco George, has also indicted the DHS officials for the illegal appointments.
When asked whether the health minister has also been indicted, Parrikar said the ACB was not inquiring into any individual.
Meanwhile, the government is also expected to act against 29 appointments of Road Transport Officers made during the Congress regime.
The vigilance department inquiry states that the candidates had produced bogus certificates.
Incidentally, transport minister Sudin Dhawalikar in the present government was also the transport minister in the erstwhile Congress government.
The leading daily ,the Times of India has published a fresh report tabled by the central ministry of labour,today in the headlines TOI .It says that the state of Gujarat has the LOWEST rate of unemployed in India ....I must remind the readers that Gujarat is under Mr.Mody of Bjp for more than a decade ,now. At the same time our own Goa was under the corrupt congress govt looting everyone ,even charging bribes from unemployed poor youth of Goa. The report says that our Goa has the highest UNEMPLOYMENT in the 27 states of India....the credit certainly goes to Digu,Alemaos, Ranes ,Ravi Naik, Babush et al ! Congrats guys ...for pushing us in the last place in the Indian Union...reminds one of Salazar`s Portuguese rule of Goa,when tour Goan bros and sisters had to migrate to distant lands to survive for our sheet coddi !
The State was maligned for cuts, commissions, job auctions and nepotism in the last few years...It is time to take action to nail the culprits responsible for bringing such bad name to the State...Punish all those irrespective of Party affiliation...That is the need of the hour to restore the lost credibility....
Our fellow goans had no choice but to leave goa and migrate to Mumbai..then Bomai ,for bread and butter during the colonial portuguese rule . our women worked as maid servants and men as butlers in the rich parsis of mumbai..and they were called MACA PAO and goanese by the parsis...even today in panjim ,there is a rest.+ bar with the name GOANESE on Atmaram Borkar road. many went to Africa as sailors/waiters/cooks/sweepers /maids.drivers ..all low paying jobs...because of absolutely no employment in goa.later,after the Dempos.Chogules started the mining and employed a lot of goans...which halted the migrations of goans. then came the gulf oil boon and again our goans went to serve the arab masters...some also serve the white european masters ...in europe .u.s/ canada/australia ...what a pity...and these brown sahibs are v happy with the portuguese passport...shame on us.
