Cong in Goa resolves not to readmit deserters

The Goa Congress will adopt a resolution banning leaders from re-entering the party after they leave the organisation.
"The Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) will adopt a resolution which will ban the leaders who leave the party and try to join back after the elections," party's state unit chief John Fernandes told PTI here today.
The party is currently facing a rebellion in the form of senior Congressman Churchill Alemao threatening to leave, after his daughter Valanka was denied ticket for South Goa Lok Sabha seat.
Alemao had set a deadline till today evening for the party leaders to withdraw the candidature of Aleix Reginaldo Lourenco and give it to either sitting Member of Parliament Francisco Sardinha or Valanka.
Fernandes said the party high command has asked the local leaders to go soft on Alemao, who has a history of leaving the party and joining back.
Congress had announced Lourenco as its candidate from South Goa and Ravi Naik from North Goa.
Without and doubt , the next Congress Deserter will be Mauvin Godinho.
He can join Churchill`s New Party...."Congress Deserters Party"
Is Valanka Alemao so voiceless & powerless, that she has to get her father( Churchill Alemao to constantly hold her hands & to do her bidding for Congress Tickets.?
Is she not capable of speaking for herself.?
Unlike Pratima Coutinho, a real woman and probably a better representative for Goa Women & empowerment...it seems like Valanka Alemao needs to be held by her fathers hand constantly, and frequently spoon fed, to this day.
Does Goa need a LS candidate, that forever lives in her fathers shadows?
Does Churchill Alemao think the All India Congress Party is his fathers property?
Does Churchill Alemao think he owns , is the Head and Chief Executive Officer, Financier, Director, of the Congress Party?
Does Churchill think that his failed daughter, is a Legal Heiress to the Congress and by rights must be hers?
The good Public don't think so.
Sorry Mr Churchill Alemao......and education may be useful even ,at this late stage in life. And... The Congress Party is not the Churchill Bros. Football club, either.
