Mickky resigns, but "missing"

Tourism Minister Mickky Pacheco finally resigned as a minister today morning. Tivim MLA Nilkanth Halarnkar is expected to be inducted in his place.
Mickky skipped the police summons to be present at the crime branch office for interrogation and later sent his resignation. The former minister however is still ‘missing'.
Surrounded by a controversy of being responsible for the suicidal death of Nadia Torreado, Mickky was interrogated yesterday for almost nine hours, amidst rumours that he would be arrested. However, he was allowed to go home in the evening, with a condition to report today morning.
Meanwhile, according to chief minister Digambar Kamat, he briefed Mickky's NCP chief Sharad Pawar, who told Mickky to put down his papers. The CM immediately accepted his resignation.
"It is good he resigned," said Mr Kamat. He however refused to comment on the case of Mickky's involvement in Nadia's alleged suicidal death. "That is the job of police, not mine," he quipped.
Later, NCP national secretary Jitendra Deshprabhu, who is presently in Delhi, told goanews that the vacant cabinet post would be filled by Halarnkar. The CM however said it would be decided jointly by both the high commands of the Congress and the NCP.
While the resignation drama was unfolding, Mickky failed to report to the police station. While all the police stations were alerted to trace Mickky in the morning, the police issued a look out notice for the Benaulim MLA in the evening.
The police have kept strict vigil at all the bus stands and Dabolim air port while railways are also being searched.

Why is the Rat missing ? TOI now reports Nadia was beaten prior to her death as per the autopsy. Who has inflicted those scars? How was she mistaken to drink Ratol rather than the toothpaste? Was she drunk or in hangover to consume Ratol? Why was all her possession burnt or destroyed including the computer? Why has the Rat faxed the resignation rather than handing over personal? Why is he now absconding from the public? Is he not guilty now? or has he himself admitted to some mental clinic in Thane or in Chennai?

AS FAR AS HUSBAND THING IS CONCENED, HE SHOULD HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE POLICE LONG LONG BACK THE DAY HE SAW HIS WIFE WITH MINISTER, THIS HUSBAND FIRST ALLOWED ALL THE POLITICANS TO COME HOME AND HAVE PARTY AND THEN THIS DRAMA TAKES PLACE. MICKY IS INNOCENT BUT LET'S SEE WHAT LAW SAYS.
today all the newspapers and periodicals, news channels are preparing dossiers of the black deeds of pacheco, i urge them to prepare simillar white papers of all present and ex ministers and MLAs and their kin,eg shootings of Dilkush, Bandodkar [Jr} Marks case, cricketgate,rape cases, hafta cases drug cases, etc etc
Yes Mr, Anil Desai, you are right, the records show that the police has not been able to serve notice even when the politician is a Minister, attending cabinet meetings! The politicians have also shown that they can avoid being sent to jail/police custody, by complaining about chest pain whenever the arrest warrant is issued fro criminal activities!
Today the Bhopal Gas tragedy verdict has come after 26 long years and the penalty for killing over 20000 people and causing misery to thousands is just two years imprisonment with a few lac rupees fine! The final verdict in killing of innocent Sikhs is still to come even after 26 years! Can this be called judicial system where common man will have faith in it?
These kind of ministers should be kicked out immidiatly,cause they are not worth in running goa government,they give a bad reputation,to our goa.Goa has become a drug s destination,because of these currupt ministers.Its a hippy destination.Plese make goa a beautiful place.

The image of this very uneducated Tourist Minister reflects nothing but a very sinister and wicked person.His belief in his corrupt money power over people is complicit in this matter.His money now cannot buy a dead soul.He should be thoroughly investigated and punished accordingly.I have no sympathy for the mother either or her brothers,who have fallen under the promise and spell of ill-gotten money accrued by the Tourist mnister.He came by the sword and he will die by the sword as the saying goes.2 other corrupt Minsiters will follow soon...Babush Monserrate and Mr Naik..both very corrupt to the bone.Churchill Alemao and Azgaonkar not very far either.The chief Minister seems to be a "Sitting Duck"...ready for plucking
Your news made me laugh. Is this the same Goa police who were not able to serve notice on 'Yuvraj' Rane , a serving minister in the current corrupt and immoral Congress government?
I am prepared to bet a thousand rupees that Goa police will fail to apprehend and arrest this ex-minister. If they do arrest him, finally, as he should have been arrested and charged long ago for the alleged asault on Kadamba bus driver, and on a PWD engineer.
Digu should be proud. He has more ministers involved in criminal activities such illegal mining, assaults etc than any previous administrations.

The Police circle are themselves GOONDAS and DRUG Mafia's and the GOATMEN bearded (sorry Covernment) is on his pity, then it's a fun to keep candle vigil at all the Goa bus stands or the airports for the monster? This monster seeks Water boarding similar to the fate advocated by the former USA President George Bush.

The cup is full of sins and has started to spill (map bhoron votlem) and this is the reason Mickky is hiding. The paths of sinister lives end at a certain point and they can run no more. After indulging himself in all sorts of anti social activities from Loot to extortion to rape to murder where can he hide himself. The bigger they are the harder they fall. These sayings can be told to the educated but this Mickky is an uneducated bump and he would not understand a word of the sayings. Pending cases against Mickky of serious nature are (1) ASSAULTING KADAMBA DRIVER IN 2003 (2) MANHANDLING TRAFFIC POLICE AT HOSPICIO HOSPITAL (3) PENDING RAPE CASE IN MID 1990 (4) DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE FILED BY MICKKY’S WIFE SARA (5) FORGED DOCUMENTS TO SELL HIS WIFE SARA’S CAR (6) THREATENING PEOPLE AND MOVING WITH AN UNLICENCED FIRE ARM and there are still a few more. And the worse thing is, some of our goans suports him just because they get little piece of meat (like dogs)
