Parrikar hails Modi as PM candidate

Senior BJP leader and Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Saturday welcomed party's decision to nominate Narendra Modi as the Prime Ministerial candidate for the 2014 Lok Sabha poll.
"It is a good decision and has been taken at the right time. This decision will help in BJP's victory as and when the elections are held," Parrikar said.
The Goa Chief Minister on Saturday telephoned his Gujarat counterpart and congratulated him on his elevation. Parrikar said to see Modi as the PM nominee was people's desire. "It was a choice of the people and the party implemented it."
He, however, declined to comment on senior leader L K Advani's reported opposition to the Gujarat strongman's nomination for the top post.

Goa has to decide where they will vote.
