Mahanand convicted in rape case

Dupatta Killer Mahanand Naik has been finally convicted in the 2009 Shiroda rape case.
This is the first case he has been convicted in. Earlier, Mahanand was acquitted in three murder cases.
Sessions court of Panaji has convicted Mahanand for raping and blackmailing a close friend of his wife. The sentence will be pronounced on October 5th.
Sessions court Judge Nutan Sardessai has convicted Mahanand Naik in this case. He was booked for continuously raping for three years a close friend of his wife.
This case opened the Pandora’s box, revealing series of ‘dupatta killing’ cases he was involved in.
However Mahanand still claims that police have framed him in this case. The case was investigated by Ponda PI C L Patil.
The 30-year old rickshaw driver from Shiroda is facing altogether 14 murder cases.
Mahanand, a married man, used to lure the women with a promise to marry them and later kill them with their dupatta, mostly after having sex with them on isolated places.
October 5th will be the challenging day for the judges, I suggest He should not be killed at once, One of the punishments should be to remove his rape sensors like hands, eyes and other little parts of his body on yearly basis and show the public that no duppata killer will be born in Goa again.
It is widely spoken that mahanand has connection with some high placed politician who is trying to protect him? Can this be true? Is it true that his wife is connected to a highly placed politicians as is widely rumoured? Can this be true? The God only knows what is the truth but the common man is confused the way he is getting out from the cases one after other! The guilty should get punishment and the innocent should not be harassed!
You know why this so-called monster is getting out on lesser charges ? He is alleged to have committed 18 crimes. He has been acquitted in 3. He is convicted presently in a rape case in fact mutiple rape cases on the same one woman for about 3 years. It is because children of a lesser god have been killed. Complaints when made were not seriously taken. When this one case where the victim still lives came forward and registered a case things started churning out. But then he is noiw blaming the police for framing him. Turning hostile during the trials is one of the new phenomena in vogue now. All that noise during the initial investigations has been naught. This is a travesty of justice.
