Mickky sent to judicial custody, rests at Hospicio

Former tourism minister Mickky Pacheco was sent to the judicial custody today evening, as the order on his interim bail application was postponed to Monday.
As it happens to any influential politician when he is sent to custody, Mickky also suddenly got hypertension and was admitted to the intensive care unit of the Hospicio Hospital in Margao.
As his anticipatory bail applications were rejected by all the courts including the Supreme Court, Mickky today morning had surrendered before the district and sessions court, while applying for interim bail to avoid arrest.
After the arguments, the district and sessions judged however fixed the order for 5 July, while sending the elected people's representative from Benaulim to the judicial custody.
The crime branch of Goa police have forcefully demanded police custody, stating that Mickky is needed for interrogation in the case of suicidal death of his ‘girl friend' Nadia Torrado.
In this case, Mickky is facing a serious charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
In order to avoid the police arrest, the minister who was forced to resign, was on a run for almost a month.
In spite of even the Supreme Court rejecting his bail, the Nationalist Congress Party leader has still not reached the police custody. Presently, he is resting at the Hospicio Hospital.
Mr. Shekhar, good advise but don't count on it because you never know this person seems to be all-rounder.
Doctors on duty should see that only MALE nurse should be around him. Otherwise some othe super hypertension Case may take place......
The indian law written in dark room so that no
one can read the accurate law. Even blind can read it does not need to know how its writeen. Law need reform otherwise those black coat wearing people get bust and no one will be able to respect indian law.Mr. Mickky

This is not Mr. Mickky every politician does these once they are face to law chest/heart
burn and hospitalized it is normal practice.
The law maker and law user blind and helpless. Better forget the law and use every indian its own law, Indian law no respect at all.

Now is the time for the Goa Police to act. They should immediately approach the respective court and get Mickky’s custody. Feigning sickness is the habit of rogues as usual. Any doctor who gives the false certificate to Mickky or anybody of his likes, then the licence to practice of such doctors should be cancelled and their degrees withdrawn. Goa Police now is the time for you to act. I hope Sunita Sawant does not bow down to any pressure. The press too has to raise their voice now. My only question is that there are so many cases in Goan hospitals, patients taking ratol, poison, sleeping pills. Dear Nadia is not the only one. Why do you people dont investigate about them also? The rule should be applied for all. And why does not Mr. Ravi Naik resign when he is also accused in Drug Nexus case i mean his son Roy. How much has Mr. Churchill Alemao paid you all to put Mr.Pacheco in the judicial custoday. There are rumours all over Goa that Churchill is doing all this just behind the scene hiding somewhere, since he wants his daughter valanka to contest the elections. According to me Churchill you to deserve the same punishment like Miccky. You are no good in any way also.
