Mickky may approach SC than to surrender

Goa's former Tourism Minister Mickky Pacheco and his close aide Lyndon Monteiro, wanted by the Crime Branch in the death of a 28-year-old woman Nadia Torrado, are likely to move Supreme Court with the anticipatory bail plea, sources said.
Goa's sessions court and Panaji bench of Bombay High Court have already rejected anticipatory bail pleas of the duo.
The possibility of Mickky and Lyndon surrendering to the Crime branch was expressed since last couple of days after their anticipatory bail plea was rejected by High Court on merits.
Crime branch, which is investigating the case, has accused Mickky of culpable homicide while Monteiro is accused of destroying the evidence.
Nadia had allegedly consumed poison on May 15 and she was shifted to private hospitals in Goa, Mumbai and later at Chennai where she breathed her last.
If Goa Police can't catch Micky, then how they will catch terrorists like Kasab if at all terrorists stike Goa. I will advice Goa Poliec to put thier nose in KOTTI full of water!
The Goan politicians must be carefull not to misuse democracy and turn it into dictatorship. Look at the example of Thailand red shirt crisis.
Yes it is the history of the investigating agencies that in case of politicians,the common man never sees any action being taken and the politician being punished for his criminal acts. The files are being built and may be kept for future use to blackmail the concerned so that he does not create any trouble and is tamed like a dog!

Yes it is oblivious because both of them were seen together on a couple of video clips just after the incident. What is the difference between the two? However if Mickky really felt that he was innocent then he should have surrendered then and there itself. It is clear that he is hiding from justice and is afraid to come out. Till date Goa Police has not come out with what was going on behind his business activities. The Computers were attached by the Police and yet there is no word on the outcome.
Goa Police Department need reform the system does not work as per the law,Official need more to study when it comes to law point officers are lost what to apply and where to apply. Goa government must adopt initiative progress giving them proper training and teach how to apply the law when its comes to apply,In the month of Jan 2010 involved minor accident in Vasco, It was not serious but second party who was doctor in profession ask me that we amicablly settle she has to rush to the hospital. However, we both co-operate and matter closed. The law says minor/major value is same, we must report to the traffic dept this was not done we feel this matter is not serious we can closed. herein and moved our cars and proceed to our home.After 20 days the second part who is lady doctor file report Vasco police hit-run.The intimation came from Curtorim to be present Vasco police station. Obviously we have to respond it is law to be follow every citizen. The officer who is incharge seem to me he is catholic investigating our case,He question me how you got accident my respone to him the lady doctor hit our car and it was a minor she said close not require further being a human being everthing is possible no need to be surprised.I was frustrated and anquish to the officer the wayhis action, he ask his surbordinate ask me to deposit his car in Vasco Police Dept.The law is equal for all indian one should not utilize the way he want. I could have answered him the better sense of humour, he must learn the law better how to appy for the citizen.or back to school. I was cool and told him how come you ask me to deposit my car what about second party no need he said.How come he handle such case without any knowledge. This is not a mistake of officers but our politician and goverment they promote such officers to gain politicial. So better correct Goa Police Deparment.
I agree with Sunita........I too had a feeling that Babush A.K.A(also known as) "Monster Rat) maybe protecting him in his house.He too has accquired his infamy via his corrupt practices.Rulers of Goa....Oh God please help us and answer our prayers.!

Goa police are not capable to handle tiny state affairs then what are they fit for. We are facing hard time in Goa terrorists, drug peddlar, crime etc.Most of the Goa police official are so busy to solve Mickky case but everyone Knows loophone hiden in Congress Government in Goa, Goa police department act as per god fathers ask them to do and dance.ANDIR ASSA CHEDO SODTAM SOGLOM VADO.
