Babush booked for raping a minor girl, he terms it political conspiracy

St Cruz MLA Babush Monseratte has been booked for allegedly raping a minor girl, with a police complaint filed by the victim girl from North East today evening at Panaji police station.
Babush however has refuted the allegation, claiming that it is a political conspiracy hatched by somebody to defame him on the eve of election.
He however confirms having employed this girl at his Hallmark store at the request of her parents from Caranzalem, who he claims are his voters.
Panaji DySP Serafin Dias confirmed with goanews.com that a complaint has been filed by the 16-year old girl stating that she has been sexually assaulted by Babush Monseratte.
“The girl alleges that the incident took place in March. We are investigating the matter”, said Dias.
He however refused to divulge any more details like whether she was working at Hallmark etc.
Dias confirmed that the victim girl has been housed at Apna Ghar, but did not say since when.
Babush, on the other hand, claims that the girl has been in Apna Ghar for almost a month after she was arrested for stealing her mother’s jewellery.
“This girl stole Rs 4000 from the cash box within three days of employing her and then asked for Rs 3000 more after some days from other sales girls. We didn’t complain but removed her from the job”, claims Babush.
Following this, the St Cruz MLA claims her mother filed a complaint against her daughter for stealing her jewellery, following which she was arrested and sent to Apna Ghar.
“Where is the question of raping this girl? Somebody is simply trying to fix me”, he told goanews.com.
When asked how he could employ a minor in his shop, Babush said he was not aware about it but believed in her parents and employed her.
Babush, who is presently in Mumbai, said he is returning tomorrow and is prepared for any kind of fair probe.
goanews.com frequently tried to get more details in this regard, but the Panaji police kept on saying that the police inspector is busy.
THIS MIGHT BE A BIGGEST POLITICAL JOKE. I BELIEVE THAT THE GIRL IS DEMANDING MONEY OR WANT TO BE FAMOUS INVOLVING HER NAME WITH BABUSH. AND HOW CAN THE POLICE BE SO STUPID TO TO BELIEVE THE GIRL WHO COMMITS CRIME OR BURGLARY AT A YOUNG AGE, AND THAT TOO IN HER OWN FAMILY.
THIS GIRL HAVE NO MEANING FOR HER FAMILY AND HER NAME , ALL SHE WANTS IS MONEY.
AS FAR AS BUYING HER FOR RS 50,00000 HAHAHAHA THATS ANOTHER JOKE WHY HE WILL BUY AND SPEND MONEY ON HER AS HE DONT EVEN KNOW HER AGE WHEN HE HELPED HER TO GET A JOB.HE HELPED HER ON THE REQUEST OF HER MOTHER. AS FAR AS IAM CONCERNED BABUSH DONT VISIT THE STORE UNLESS AND UNTILL IF THERE IS ANY MAJOR ISSUE, SO HOW WILL HE GET TO KNOW THE GIRL.

Politicians are very lucky, they do all sorts of crime and call it 'political conspiracy'.

Mr. Know Alls. Why can't you guys wait and see the law takes it own course. The MonseRats have been previously accused of rapes, sex scandals, bribery, scams, etc. It may be just that the law is finally catching up with them. So relax have a glass of wine or so.
