Sonia Torrado is arrested by the crime branch in the death case of her daughter Nadia. She was summoned by the crime branch on Thursday and was arrested the same night.
Sonia has been now remanded to seven-day police custody by the JMFC, Margao. She has now applied for a bail in the Sessions court.
Nadia's mother is booked for culpable homicide not amounting to murder, abetment to suicide and destruction of evidence. Same charge have also been applied for Benaulim MLA Mickky Pacheco.
Meanwhile, sessions court has allowed Mickky to attend the monsoon Assembly session, beginning from Monday, from the police custody.
The high court has still not granted him bail. Till then, he will continue to remain in the police custody.
High court judge Justice N A Britto has again refused to hear Mickky's bail application. As he did earlier, Justice Britto once again said today: "not before me."
His application will now be heard as per the directives of the Chief justice of the Bombay High Court.
Who wants to bet, Mouse will be out soon and Mouseee will end up in jail?

I had alwys had a strange feeling about the mother and son Issue and being the victims brother he should be arrested for custodial intorregated including viola.

ESPECIALLY the EMAIL can be found if the cops contact the service providers as they all need to co-operate which is a security clause! If THE CRIME BRANCH approaches in order to have a breakthrough into the current investigations.
There's a whole truth out there in those mails hoping to be Discovered.
As I said in an earlier comment...this woman has a wiered look about her.She looks very self-centered and conceiteid.I can understand "Medical waste" being burnt.It is a health hazard.Burning anything else is purely a means to conceal the evidence of her involvement.The Laptop can be burnt...the Hard drive will still work and data can be retreived.Mobile Telephone calls are usually itemised and can all be traced from which cell area they were made.
I ,now, having watched Viola`s interview on a Prudent Media TV clip, believe she had a part to play in all this.She seems to have been coached by Mickky and his Advocate, how to respond to questions from Journalists and reporters.Will her deceit succeed.NO, NEVER, is the answer.
Viola has an indirect involvement in all this.Her part in this will soon become obvious. I do not believe she would be happy,in any way to allow Mickky to have a liason of either an emotional or sexual nature with Nadia.Most normal women would not tolerate such a relationship.Goan society is very Conservative.Such relationships are taboo.As soon as more evidence now emerges, Viola`s part will be there for the public to dissect.
