64-yr old arrested for molesting 4-yr old

Margao police last night arrested a 64-year old school children caretaker for allegedly molesting a four-year old girl, studying in Kindergarten.
Leao Diniz was functioning as a caretaker of the children in a pre-primary school at Navelim, run by his wife.
As he was accompanying the small children in the school van, Diniz fiddled with private parts of a four-year old girl, even using his fingers.
The mother of the victim girl rushed to a private doctor after her daughter narrated the horrifying incident.
As the doctor confirmed injury to the private part, a police complaint was filed by the mother.
The Margao police then immediately swung into action and arrested Diniz.
He has been booked under section 376 of IPC, Section 8 of Goa Children’s Act 2003 and Section 4 of POCSO 2012.
