PSI Guddler suspended for drug nexus

Goa police last night suspended police sub inspector Sunil Guddler, who was caught on camera allegedly selling drugs to two foreign women.
Earlier, the PSI was shifted from the elite anti-narcoticcell to the security branch of Goa police after his namecropped up in the drug nexus case.
Guddler, who had arrested Israeli drug peddler DavidDriham alias Dudu in February 2010, was caught on camerahobnobbing with Dudu''s sister Ayala Driham and girlfriendZarina Mazhrunova from Kazakhstan.
Chief Minister Digamber Kamat had yesterday askedDirector General of Police Bhimsen Bassi to submit a detailedreport in the case by today.
Sources stated that home ministry had submitted a reportto the Chief Minister this evening after which the suspensionorder was issued.
Crime Branch is investigating the case.
The Israeli drug baron is currently in jail foroverstaying in Goa. Besides, a chargesheet under NarcoticsDrugs and Psychotropic Substances Act has already been filedagainst him.
The biggest drug lord in Goa is Don Ravi Naik, and know it from Don Corlioni, the Don of the Dons.
Is their any other law implies for the police personal? why has the guilty PSI sunil guddlar not brought behind bars, why is the department taking to long to arrest him? i think the suspension is just the eyewash for the people.The (SIT) has to go deep into this matter and act about this as soon as possible otherwise people will loose their faith, as its is people have lost because of this corrupt police personals.
The SIT concept for investigative purpose has to be officers not only from the police departments but other investigative agencies, magistrates, civilian authority, otherwise the process becomes redundant by appointing colleagues to do the job from same cadres.
No one should be under any other authority or else it become'SIT BUBU SIT" to no avail.
