In the first place it was a great mistake on the part of BJP to promise removal of VAT on scarcevn imported commodity like fuel. Second mistake was to keep the promise. Third mistake was the Govt after granting removal of VAT by Rs11/- it failed to ensure passage of relief to ultimate and actual beneficiary viz the consummer. The people using mobike taxis, taxis, buses, tempos, trucks for transportation were not benefitted. Now if VAT is increased incrementally the actual users will be punished. That will be the next blunder of BJP govt.
