Twitter war ropes in Goa’s CM and Christians in beef ban issue

In a twitter war, between Haryana chief minister and J&K former chief minister, Goa’s chief minister has been roped into a controversy over banning beef, with reference to Goa.
The whole controversy has erupted with Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar saying, in an interview to Indian Express, that Muslims have to give up eating beef to live in India.
“Is desh mein beef khana chodana hi hoga (इस देश में बीफ खाना छोडना ही होगा),” he said.

The reporter brought to Khattar’s attention that around 10 to 15 per cent Muslims and Christians live in this country, who eat beef.
In reply, he also said that neither Muslim nor Christian religions makes it compulsory to eat beef. They have to respect the sentiments of other people who consider cow as a holy symbol of faith.
Reacting to this news, former J&K chief minister Omar Abdullah twitted:
“Good question. I bet you won't get an answer! We get a ticket to Pakistan, where do the Goa Christians get sent??”
Commenting on this tweet, Shekhar Gupta, India’s one of the leading journalist, said:
“Will someone please ask BJP Chief Minister of Goa if his Christians also have to give up beef if they wish to continue living in India?”
As his comments received condemnation from all the corners, Haryana CM Khattar expressed regrets, while claiming that his statement has been distorted.
At any point of time if you go to the portuguese consulate you will see that 3/4th of the people in queue are hindus from all india faking by all possible means to become portuguese nationals.Oh man this could be beef eating hindus huh.
Thought shall not kill! The Bible clearly states that man and animals are not same. The law is meant for a man not to kill another man those who quote the bible should look at the context and not equate man with cows.

It is not the correct question u put to CM of Goa,
But the question u should put is where he will send the GOA meat complex and the hotel industry in GOA?
Goans are typical people this was said by the prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru when he liberated Goa in Dec.1961. And he promised Goans that the identity and culture of Goans will be retained and respected.

This is what happens in the end. They make statements based on what is there in their mind and when it boomerangs, blame the media saying 'my statement was distorted' or 'I was misquoted'.
Our Manohar Parrikar has already clarified his position on this subject. It will be better if Parsekar also clarifies his position
India is a polyvorous country. Goa govt in this year's food festival should organise beef, pork,canine etc food items.This will silence the "foodi-ban".
