Batting for a cleaner and healthier futrure, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar today asked the over 10 lakh-cadet strong National Cadet Corps (NCC) to joint the 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan'.
If each cadet resolves to pick up 1 kg of non-biodegradable waste then the NCC can remove three million kg of waste, Parrikar said at an NCC function here.
