Raping in Goa is not a crime. Looting in Goa is not a crime. There are more to state but useless mentioning. But when a very poor Goan fellows traditionally catches frogs in Goa is a crime, frog are God's creation, the bad part is they are shown with open faces. Catch those people who catch frogs to make business and to make money out of it and post their pictures. May be these poor guys could not afford to bribe those who caught them. When a big serious crime happens they allow to cover their faces.

Va Viva Goa.

Catching Frogs in Goa is a Crime.

Bringing Mushrooms (onbi) from the forest is not a crime in Goa.

Mushrooms from forest is avilable in front of Panjim session court during Nagpanchami.

Kudos to the forest department for arresting these culprits.

Hope others will learn a lesson. Besides fine, they should also be locked up at least for six months and given lessons on environment.
