KBM seminar on Sexual exploitation of women

Konkani Bhasha Mandal is organizing a special seminar on the eve on women’s day on “Sexual exploitation of women and the need to change the social mindset”.
It will be held on 7 March at 3.00 pm at a Multipurpose hall of Art and culture department at Patto in Panaji.
Myths behind sexual crimes, legal recourse, psychological aspects and the action plan ahead would be discussed and deliberated on the occasion.
Dr Rupesh Patkar, Ratnmala Divkar, Kajal Kerkar and Sawani Shetye will share their thoughts and people present will also get an opportunity to put forth their views on the occasion.
The seminar will be coordinated by Journalist Sandesh Prabhudesai.

The three bearded and great authors who have held high position in Konkani Academy MUST be invited as special speakers to share their thoughts on the topic.
These sages have made a great contribution to the topic through their writings inspired by their multiple experiences.
Kudos to KBM and more 'such' seminars must be organized so that youngsters can 'learn' from the senior experienced Mhalgade of Konkani Avoi.
