100% is the formula Goa Forward moots, for Jobs and MoI

Goa Forward has offered 100% jobs to locals and government grants to all the recognized private primary schools, irrespective of medium of instruction.
While flaying BJP government’s double speak on giving jobs to the locals, the GF has announced a ‘business approach’ in providing employment in the private sector.
Prabhakar Timble, president of the GF, charts out three-tier approach towards employment.
In industries where super specialty manpower is required but not available in Goa, they plan to negotiate it with the industrialist.
In case of specialty jobs, GF feels 60% jobs must go to Goans while in other areas, it would be 100%.
Exposing the double speak of the ruling BJP, Timble at a press conference said the Investment Promotion Board is meaningless since the government says it cannot compel any industry to provide 80% jobs to locals though the IPB is meant to provide 50,000 jobs to Goan youth.
The GF president also alleged that providing 500 jobs in a beer factory of Vani Agro is a blatant lie since Pepsi and Coke, Goa’s biggest bottling plants, have employed total 200 youth.
He also wondered whether the promise of providing 8000 jobs with Mopa airport would meet the same fate.
GRANTS TO ALL SCHOOLS
The GF today also came out clean on its Medium of Instruction policy where Goa is vertically divided on the issue of giving government grants to the Church-run English primary schools.
Taking a step ahead of the controversy, Timble said the GF would provide salary grants to all the recognized private primary schools, no matter which medium they teach in.
“We respect freedom of choice of MoI of parents and students. Government’s job is to provide good schools with proper infrastructure, good teachers and quality education”, said the educationist-turned-politician.
He also said multilingualism is the DNA of Goa and Goans have prospered due to this.
He thus flayed those elements who are calling the parents, especially Christians, anti-national merely on the ground of imparting primary education in English medium.
Timble also observed that replacing Rs 12+5 lakh scheme with Rs 400 behind every student enrolled in Konkani, Marathi or Urdu primary schools would benefit only the existing established schools.
“The fault line of the scheme is that poor will always remain poor and the one already good in infrastructure will get more grants”, said the retired principal.
Congratulations for being very clear. But will these be just empty promises like all other parties that have fooled Goans? Hopefully , GF is venturing into the field of "taking the Christians for a ride" which the Congress, BJP, UGDP have attained proficiency in.
