BJP plans for 2012 polls
PTI, PANAJI | 20 June 2010 23:12 ISTThe BJP will chalk out a roadmap for the 2012 Goa Assembly elections in the next fortnight, a party leader said today.
"In the next 15 days, we will decide on the roadmap for the next elections," Goa BJP president Laxmikant Parsekar said after the party's state executive committee meeting here.
The state executive committee has decided to chart out a plan for reaching to maximum number of electorate, including minorities, he said.
The anti-government sentiments prevailing in the state would work in favour of the BJP, which is currently in opposition.
He said the BJP, which ruled the state for four years until 2005, will be more aggressive in the coming days.
Parsekar said during the Assembly session next month, focus would also be on members of the minority community who have been fed a "wrong impression" about the party.
Mr. Laxmikant can we give the tickets for all the sitting MLAs and whereever there are no sitting MLAs can we have all LEADERS who are the members of BJP come forward and have debates among themselves at ward level and have election among themselves and if they cannot prove their majority than they support the one who have the majority along with his supporters like how it is going on in USA with this it will help in not splitting the BJP votes and helping the opponent to win. Can we see this to happen or will it be that only the friends or with big money spenders given the chance even though they don’t have support.
Yes bringing out the CD and sending it to schools did bring down the BJP Govt. inspite of all the good work done and controlling corruption! What is the lesson to be learnt for the future?
Its all true .because while India celebrates congress in goa,Goa as it is has prodigal ministers which no state cabinet has ever seen but when BJP complies and transparency is implied there a lot of difference which only the literate will realise. The current Digamber Congress Goverment? oh what a SHAM Its disgusting, its like digambar has given his ministers clear instruction ,'IF I CAN CON! YOU CAN CON,AND IF WE CAN CON,ALL CAN CON BEFORE THE CONGRESS IS GONE'
Last time Mr. Parrikar gave a very good government may be better than all the others Chief Ministers Goa had so far! It was during his tenure, most of the development activities took place and the corruption was somewhat under control. But some of his foolish advisers brought out a CD and distributed it in the schools which did not serve any purpose but resulted in bringing down his Government! You better learn lesson from the past mistakes and keep away the overenthusiastic so called advisers!
Giving a clean efficient corruption-free Govt. who will take everybody with it is the game plan for success!
