Rafik_Malaysia,

People in higher law and order position should be careful with their verbiage as such extremely negative and combative messaging can create law and order problems which they themselves are responsible to control

Why not and why cant a person holding a position of DGI to come with suggestion to boycott Karan Johar film? He has his own right as a fan of his preferred singer. Many people protested, why cant him? i dont see any wrong doing of DIG to suggest.

Thumbs up for DIG.

Dear Sir, Goa’s Director General of Police Muktesh Chander , thumbs up for your good efforts convincing people to boycott Karan Johar latest release. I would like to add that to boycott his coming future films as well. How dare such a nasty remarks on our Great Rafi Saab. I appeal to those fans of Mohd Rafi Saab, Kishoreda, Mukeshji and Mahendra Kapoors fans to also come up and show their protest.

Have respect on Rafi Saab and all singers of golden era of bollywood.

Come on now, boycott for dialogue appearing to equate singing of Rafi to crying? This guy must be kidding me. Are the Indians so weak hearted and narrow minded that get offended by just about anything. Time to grow up kids!

P.S. Prabhudessai you are giving cheap publicity to these weak police hearts!

The DIG's sentiments are understandable and sympathize with him. Moh. Rafi is definitely a great singer and no one will ever be able to negate that, however, the doubt arises, if our DIG is the right person for the DIG's position, if he cannot handle his emotions and sentiments. The Govt. of Goa has a serious problem on hand, if a public servant gives vent to his personal emotions while holding such an important position.

Definitely, Mr Rafi does not need a certificate from anyone, as the DIG states, all the same he does not need anyone to create a serious situation using his name and stature.
