Cong-Communists blamed of international conspiracy against Sanatan
GOANEWS DESK, PONDA | 11 October 2015 14:51 ISTThe National Hindu Movement has alleged that the Congress and the Communist parties in India have hatched an international conspiracy against Sanatan Sanstha.
Under the NHM banner, around 100 activists of Sanatan Sanstha, Hindu Janjagruti Samiti and Ranragini held demonstration today morning at Ponda old bus stand.
A demand to ban the Sanatan Sanstha is rising in view of arrest of its member Sameer Gaikwad in Com Govind Pansare murder case.
The speaker at the demonstration described the demand of “anti-Hindu forces, progressive elements and political parties” to ban Sanatan Sanstha as “political immaturity and lack of confidence in judiciary.”
“If the decision to impose ban on Sanatan Sanstha is arrived at without taking into consideration its mission and the objectives for its establishment, then this would amount to great injustice to an organisation dedicated to social service”, claimed the speakers.
They also urged the government to take a firm stand against the imposition of likely ban on Sanatan without making it a sacrificial lamb.
The NHM has also demanded to close the stray cattle management plan at the government farm in Kalem.
Dr Manoj Solanki, Govind Chodankar, Shailesh Behare and others spoke during the demonstration.
